The new North America distribution agreement was announced by Vistara and Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE: IM) at the distributor’s fourth annual Cloud Summit themed “All Sky. No Limit.” taking place this week in Phoenix, Ariz. Under the terms of the agreement, Ingram Micro’s cloud sales team will actively market and sell Vistara’s SaaS-based IT management as a service solution to its growing base of cloud-focused solutions providers who are offering managed services, as well as professional IT services.
